1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements, services and webshop orders of Du Moi Catering.
Any deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

2. Quotations & agreements

All quotations are non-binding and valid for 14 days, unless stated otherwise.
An agreement is concluded upon written confirmation.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Invoices must be paid within 14 days from the invoice date.

4. Cancellation (catering services)

Cancellation terms may vary per assignment or event and, where applicable, are specified in the quotation.
In case of any discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the quotation,
the conditions stated in the quotation shall prevail.

5. Performance & liability

Du Moi Catering will perform its services with due care and professionalism.
Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant assignment.
Du Moi Catering is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Webshop

Deliveries are made according to agreed delivery times.
Due to their food nature, opened products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7. Governing law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Cupffee – Business Orders (B2B Terms)

Cupffee is the edible coffee cup that combines sustainability with experience. No waste, no plastic — just a crunchy cup you can enjoy after your coffee.

Via Du Moi Catering, Cupffee is supplied to horeca, event locations, festivals and companies. From small quantities to larger volumes, we are happy to think along with you.

B2B Terms & Conditions – Cupffee

1. Applicability

These B2B Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, quotations and agreements regarding the supply of Cupffee products by Du Moi Catering to business customers.

2. Product & Use

Cupffee is an edible coffee cup suitable for hot and cold beverages. The buyer is responsible for proper storage, food safety compliance (HACCP) and correct use after delivery.

3. Prices & Quotations

All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. Quotations are non-binding and valid for 14 days. Prices may vary depending on volume, branding and logistics.

4. Orders & Delivery

Delivery will take place according to the agreed delivery time. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to production or logistics. Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

5. Payment

Invoicing takes place in advance or as agreed in writing. Du Moi Catering reserves the right to suspend delivery in case of late payment.

6. Returns & Complaints

Due to the food nature of Cupffee products, returns are not possible. Complaints must be reported in writing within 48 hours after delivery.

7. Liability

Du Moi Catering is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use, storage or resale of Cupffee products. Liability is limited to the invoice value of the relevant delivery.

8. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure, including production issues, transport problems or government measures, Du Moi Catering is entitled to postpone or cancel delivery without compensation.

9. Governing Law

These B2B Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
